Place the original items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
